Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026. By creating an account or using Buhg, you agree to these terms.

The service

Buhg provides bug-report collection, AI triage, a dashboard, and a command-line workflow. We may update or improve features over time.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
• You're responsible for the content submitted through your projects and for having the right to collect it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Buhg to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, attempt to breach security, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from the dashboard; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Buhg and its software are ours. Your content is yours — you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buhg is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You can stop using Buhg at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
